Full Service Design- Our Process
Phase 1- Preliminary
8-12 weeks
Preliminary
After drafting a preliminary floor plan of your home, we will schedule a virtual presentation to confirm the layout before moving forward with the conceptual work.
Walkthrough
This is when you get to meet our design coordinator for a preliminary walkthrough with the contractor to confirm feasibility of the design with the budgetary pricing (included in the turn key phase).
Design
This is when we are busy designing custom cabinetry, selecting colours, reviewing finishes, sourcing products and curating all of the details that will bring your concept to life.
Present
Our in-person presentation will help us narrow down options. Our aim at this stage is to clearly communicate our ideas and suggestions so that we may move forward to phase ll.
Phase 2- Realization
2-4 weeks
Modify
After presenting the concept for your project, we will modify your plan based on your feedback. During this phase we source alternatives and make any necessary adjustments to the plans.
Quote
Once all final products have been selected, we send formal quote requests to our suppliers to finalize all quantities & pricing. Meanwhile our Design Coordinator will be communicating the final design details to the contractor.
Shopping List
We will then create a detailed shopping list for your approval.
Order
The final step is placing the orders for all your approved products and materials.
Phase 3- Turn Key Service
4-12 months
Confirmation
Our first step is to confirm the project start date and the timeline with the contractor.
Construction
At this stage, we will finalize the construction plans to include the approved materials, finishes, specifications, details and dimensions.
Site Visits
Once construction begins, we will complete comprehensive site visits at key points throughout the renovation to assure the design is being executed as per planned whilst staying in communication with contractors.
Quality & Vendor Management
We will inspect and manage the exchange or return of any product we've ordered in the event of substandard quality or damage.
Testimonial
This is the time to give us some feedback on how we did, the client will fill out a testimonial 1 month post service.

E-Design- Our Process

Preliminary Video Walkthrough
This is when you need to do a walkthrough of your place and take a video on Canvas app for the designer to see the space 'Before' the design.
Design
This is when we are busy designing your space, selecting colours, reviewing finishes, sourcing products and curating all of the details that will bring your concept to life in a 2D or 3D rendering.
Present
Our virtual presentation will help us narrow down options. Our aim at this stage is to clearly communicate our ideas and suggestions so that we may move forward to phase ll.

We will then create a detailed shopping list for your approval.
Order
We will then be sending you the clickable links of the items so you may place the orders for all your approved products. Please note you have 1 week to complete the orders so as to not have out of stock issues & to avoid delays.
Set Up
The final step is you setting up all the received orders, products and implementing them in their specific location were we meant them to be placed. Please refer to your personalized project product map.
Phase 3- Photography
1 day
Shooting day
Our first step is to confirm the photographers date and the time to take the after pictures of your E-Design.
Testimonial
We will follow up with you a 2-4 weeks after the end of the project to ensure all is well & get a review/ testimonial.
